So you've enjoyed browsing our online store - now it's time to experience Western Queenslands' breath taking sunsets, clear open space, country hospitality and of course Riversands fabulous wines!

Join us at our lush vineyard on the banks of the Balonne River in St George, Queensland.

Free wine tasting in our cosy cellar - You'll hear great stories of local characters as you sip your way through the flavours of Western Queensland, including a sip of delicious tawny port from a pottery boot!

Unique pottery products - these make great gifts! How does a pair of port filled RM William boots sound?

Sample handmade jam - made from grapes grown here at Riversands, our jams chutney and relish are delicious!

Indulge with our outdoor cafe - steamy hot coffee, mudcake, scones

Attend one of our great events - such as Easter in the Vines or Jazz in Boots

Opening hours:

You can visit the vineyard to experience our Western hospitality 7 days a week for free wine tastings and wine sales, pottery gifts, taste our jams, or enjoy a treat from our cafe in our outdoor garden setting.

January - normal trading hours
Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 5.30pm
Sunday 9.00am - 4pm

February only - 6 days per week
Monday - Friday                       8.00am - 5.30pm

March - December - normal trading hours resume

Closed by law Christmas Day, Good Friday, and Anzac Day until 1pm.
Open on public holidays except Boxing Day and New Year's Day

How to find us:

We're easy to find in St George. Travel along Victoria Street towards the bridge. Before crossing the bridge, turn left at our sign on Bowen Street. Follow the signs for 2km's and you'll see us sign posted on the right hand side of Whytes Road.
