Style:	A luscious sweet white liqueur wine with rich raisin and dried fruit flavours. Ideal gift.
Grapes:	Made from late harvest White Muscat grapes. Aged in old oak barrels. Blended from several vintages with the oldest vintage 12 years in age.
Foods:	Enjoy before dinner with blue vein cheese and biscuits or as a dessert style with sticky date pudding and icecream. Alternatively try after dinner with chocolates. Normally served in a 60 ml port glass.
Serving Temp.:	Normally room temperature but can be served chilled.
Cellaring:	Ready for drinking.
Alcohol:	18% alc/vol., 7.1 standard drinks.
History:	The flagship of Riversands Vineyards. Our high summer temperatures yield grapes of high sugar and raisined flavour which makes good fortified muscat. Also available in a pottery waterbag.
