Cellar door sales & cafe

We seek energetic persons with outgoing personalities and a mature outlook to assist run our busy cellar door and cafe. Both casual and full time positions available. Minimum employment of 3 months for casual staff.

The job involves cellar door wine sales, café service, mail order despatch, stock control and organising functions & groups. Must have a passion for people.

Experience in sales, hospitality and food preparation preferred but not essential. Teamwork skills essential. Wine knowledge not necessary. Complete job training is provided including wine education.

The job requires rostered weekend work starting as a casual position. Starting wage is $25.42/hour.

Grape picking

We also employ casual staff for table grape picking & vine work. Picking starts around mid-December and runs for 4-6 weeks. You need to apply October-November.

Backpackers can use this work to extend their working holiday visa for a second and third year. Please note that picking and vine work is paid on piece rates.
