Why we celebrate love every day, not just Valentine’s Day!

We don't believe with celebrating love on one day of the year, even though it’s always nice to add that extra special touch! We love, love, all the time!

If we celebrate the love we have for our friends, family, significant others, etc., every day it becomes a more genuine appreciation for love and a better day.

So let’s get down to it, how can we celebrate love, on the daily, weekly, yearly for all those special people in our lives?

Family

  • Pack a cooler with some yummy lunch, and be sure to throw in chocolate covered strawberries for good measure. Don't forget the champagne!Try our Let’s Dance sparkling wine
  • We all know your parents just want some quality time with their kids, a little chit chat and life update. What better way to do that than grabbing some food and heading out to the beach to walk and talk. If you aren't near a beach, take a scenic route on a walk together.Grab something more refined

Friends

  •  Let the good times roll and let the bubbles flow - book a fun little staycation with some of your gal pals and make memories that last a lifetime. Hint hint: this activity pairs best with ourSparkling Sisters wine
  • Wine tastings, because great minds drink alike and all good stories start and finish with wine. Pop over to our winery for a tasting in regional Queensland, or keep it chill with a party in your living-room and have everyone bring a bottle do the PJ-shake all night. Pssst - we’ve got a wine club for that

Romantic partner

  • Game night - tired of playing games with each other? Get in touch with your competitive and playful side or learn dance moves with Just Dance. When you're tired, try wine. With spicy and sweet aromas ourWestern River’s Shirazis the perfection addition to game night!
  • Get creative in the kitchen and prepare a surprise breakfast, in bed ;-). One of our personal favourites ismini pancake cereal

What you’ll need for the mini cakes:

  1. 1 cup of regular flour
  2. 1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder
  3. 1 teaspoon of sugar or a sweetener of your choice
  4. A pinch of baking soda, salt and

After this, add 1 egg, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, a tablespoon of melted butter and a splash of milk.

How to do it

  1. Mix the liquid ingredients first, then gradually incorporate the dry mixture until it’s integrated
  2. Place the mixture in a plastic bag and cut the lower tip off so you can properly size the mini pancake
  3. Cook on low heat, preferably a non-stock
  4. Let them brown, flip and repeat!

Then add in all those fun extras - blueberries, raspberries, any berry. Fancy a banana? Do it. Feeling decadent? Add some cream. The choices are endless.
