The Team

It takes many cogs in the wheel to run a successful business! Fortunately we have had many great staff in our employment over many years to develop and operate Riversands.

We depend heavily on our loyal permanent staff such as Trevor, Tema, Tevita & Va along with many casual staff. Our casual staff mostly originate from Tonga or come as backpackers from various countries around the world. At picking time it is like the United Nations with up to 50 staff either picking or running the packing shed!

Two of our boys Lox & Jock have also been an integral part of operations during their school & uni holidays. Or you may see them selling wine at shows and festivals!
